wonder if they have it at B&H...

An inventor has designed a camera attachment for guns that will automatically photograph the target at the instant the trigger is pulled.

I also like the patent at the bottom of the page for a device that can conceal a weapon in a holster designed to look like a cell phone.

I hope he's solved the time lag between the time you press the trigger (on most digital cameras) and the exposure. It's usually half a second for me. There' s basically the same device in Metal Gear Solid II.

Anyhow, a good and bad idea. It should also take a picture of the shooter...

and witnesses! in 360 degree quicktime vr. like in that stnextgen episode where they reconstruct the crime via holodeck...

See also Mr. Marey, back in the 1880s, whose photographic gun (see this shot of it in action) which was used to generate his chronophotographs.
