It is better to be looked over than overlooked.

exiting the train in brooklyn today, a spread of the Times lay on the ground just in front of the turnstile, open to the obits. With a foot on the paper I stood and paid respects to the day's dead.

Leslie Norris, 84, Poet Writing on Nature, Is Dead

may they rest in peace.

And looking their names up online, I find that Bobbie Nudie has passed, too. Finally, the blessed can strut in some decent duds.
